We only receive information when you send it from your own email app or account.
When do you receive my information?
Emailing us an enquiry
When you choose to contact us, the site opens a message in your own email app, addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app, and you can edit or delete anything first.
If you email us, we will see your email address and whatever you write, such as your name, property details or questions about home solar. We use it to read and reply to your enquiry. Please leave out anything you would rather not share, such as bank details.
